Who doesn’t love a summer day out in Eastern Long Island? Here’s a couple of spots I hit on my Girls Trip out east.
Lavender By The Bay: You’ve all seen at least one girl post this place on instagram and you’re curious about it… don’t even lie. Costs $7 on weekdays and $9 on weekends for most of the blooming season. Prcices go down as the season starts to dwindle. Its 17 acres of land and over 80,000 lavender plants. So pretty and smells amazing. Not much to do there except take pictures, enjoy the scent, and buy lavender scented everything (bundles of it, essential oils, sprays, soap, chapstick, literally anything!) You can order things from them online too. I love the pillow mist I bought- I spray it on my sheets before I go to sleep.
Oh, and watch out for the bees they are ALL over.
Sunflower Field (Fox Hollow Farms): Fox Hollow farms has a TON of things to do depending on the season- this time we’re taking it back to the basics and visiting the sunflower field. You get to walk around the maze and can even pick your own flowers to purchase and take home.
Riverhead Ciderhouse: They have over a dozen different ciders and the place is huge! Indoor and outdoor seating. It was hot out so I sat inside. We ordered a giant warm pretzel to share and each got a flight because why would you drink one glass of cider when you can have 4?
Spiro’s: Ok, so Spiro’s is actually located in Rocky Point, but besides that fact this place gets 5 stars. Their drinks are amazing. From the wide variety of martinis, margaritas, and mojitos to the fact that you can order it in a giant mason jar. Food is also bangin’
Mojito in a mason jar, cucumber martini, and 2 key lime pie martinis 
shrimp scampi over rice, 2 salmon dishes, stuffed lobster, and watermelon sangria
